AN!Tools is a suite of un-finished perl modules designed to make developing web-based programs a little easier.

Specifically, they provide a platform that is UTF-8 compliant front to back, support multiple languages in multiple character sets on the fly, have internal logging methods including log rotation and compression and other things AN! thinks is somewhere between useful and nifty.

The idea is to have one module to load, AN::Tools, that provides everything needed to build a website using Perl.
