This is needed to install:

Simply run (as of May 30, 2010 - Check the above link for an updated link to use):
rpm -Uhv http://apt.sw.be/redhat/el5/en/x86_64/rpmforge/RPMS/rpmforge-release-0.5.1-1.el5.rf.x86_64.rpm
That's it, you should now have access to the DAG-provided RPMs.
